Mainstream Media Side-Steps UFO/ET Issue

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, March 5, 2010 – (ZNN) In an editorial to international news media agencies ZlandCommunications has stated its editorial position on the management of news surrounding the recent surge of UFO/ET related information. ZlandCommunications is a leading distribution centre for acknowledged evidentiary documentation of government involvement and secrecy regarding UFO related matters.



The editorial began, “The surge in converging lines of evidence with respect to declassified government documents and double-digit percentage increases in citizen reports of UFOs indicates a world-wide phenomenon is occurring. However, this surge of interest and the [national security] concern it engenders has been side-stepped by the very institution that should be demanding answers: The MAINSTREAM MEDIA.

It appears no other news agency is willing or capable of negotiating the world-wide distribution of this geo-political news. ZlandCommunications is therefore in the process of broadening and intensifying its mandate and coverage of the UFO/ET phenomenon into international news venues.”



The editorial went on to say, “It is the position of ZlandCommunications that this resistance is about to change dramatically as the result of more and more countries coming forward to break ranks with the US policy of silence and government secrecy on the UFO question as it becomes a story that simply will not go away.”

X-Conference 2010 has been scheduled for May 7-9 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. The NPC is 2 blocks from the White House, 8 blocks from the Capitol and 15 blocks from nearly all national media covering Washington, DC. This improves the prospects of members of the White House or Congressional staffs or national political press attending the weekend lectures. PRG will also hold a press conference at the NPC on Monday morning.

Should any political staffers or press attend that weekend, it will send a strong message if they see the Main Ballroom of the NPC filled from balcony to balcony. So please consider attending this year during a very nice time for touring the nation's capital.

New Zealand Climbs on Board the Disclosure Train

Another nation has announced the release of UFO files from its archives. New Zealand now joins France, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Uruguay, Brazil, Mexico, and Russia.

[Translated] The State Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC) has reactivated the Committee for the Study of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena, which analyzes unidentified flying objects (UFOs) from a scientific perspective. The Committee for the Study of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena was created in 1997 but in recent years has kept a low profile due to a shortage of funds. The committee now has an annual budget of $100,000.

The secretary general of the DGAC, Pablo Ortega, told reporters today that "there is more information, technology and international collaboration to study these anomalous phenomena" that affect flight operation and flight safety. He acknowledged that "there are photographs and reports from pilots who talk of situations that are worthy of being studied" by the committee, where they will work two experts in air traffic. The committee will be headed by retired officer of the Air Force of Chile, Ricardo Bermudez. Ricardo Bermudez became interested in the phenomenon several years ago and has addressed it from a scientific standpoint.

The former Brazil’s Air Force minister Sócrates Monteiro was interviewed by the Brazilian UFO Magazine and made astonishing statements about the action of extraterrestrial intelligences in the country.

Monteiro is retired from the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) for a number of years, but keeps his bounds with active militaries from various sectors of the Brazilian military. He has an extremely lucid memory of the major facts of his activities in the Air Force and – of special interest to the Ufology – about how the country handled with the matter during the time when he was on active duty. Like other ministers, before and after him, Monteiro also had access to sensitive information on the interaction of other cosmic species in Brazil, reporting a few cases................

Obama Creates the National Declassification Center

President Obama has issued a new executive order on Classified National Security Information" (the Order) that addresses the problem of over-classification in numerous ways and will allow researchers to gain timelier access to formerly classified records. Among the major changes are the following:

It establishes a National Declassification Center at the National Archives to enable agency reviewers to perform collaborative declassification in accordance with priorities developed by the Archivist with input from the general public.

For the first time, it establishes the principle that no records may remain classified indefinitely and provides enforceable deadlines for declassifying information exempted from automatic declassification at 25 years.
For the first time, it requires agencies to conduct fundamental classification guidance reviews to ensure that classification guides are up-to-date and that they do not require unnecessary classification.
It eliminates an Intelligence Community veto of certain decisions by the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel that was introduced in the Bush order.

PRG sees this and other Presidential Memoranda and Orders as preparing the basis for information flow post-Disclosure.

From a ballot initiative proposing to amend the Code of the City and County of Denver.

Last fall, supporters of the initiative collected 4,211 signatures, obliging county officials to put it before voters in next August’s municipal elections. The People of the City and County of Denver hereby declare that:

—The presence of extraterrestrial intelligent beings and vehicles on Earth, and within Earth’s atmosphere, has been confirmed by credible evidence, official government documents, and whistleblowers formerly working for the U.S. government;

—Evidence of extraterrestrial beings has been known by U.S. presidents since President Franklin Roosevelt, including President Ronald Reagan as disclosed in his presentation to the United Nations regarding extraterrestrial matters;

—Since at least 1947, the United States government has denied knowledge of this evidence, thus placing the public and local governments at potential risk and disadvantage;

—The United States government has suppressed, and withheld from the public, evidence of advanced clean energy, transportation, and other technologies of extraterrestrial origin. These technologies could potentially offer substantial economic relief for our most pressing social and economic concerns, including a reduction of pollution and at least partial replacement of fossil fuels with affordable non-polluting energy sources, and other advanced technologies;

—There is enough credible evidence available, independent of the United States government, to responsibly and adequately inform Denver residents and local government about extraterrestrial affairs; and…

—The creation of an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission will help to ensure the health, safety, and cultural awareness of Denver residents and visitors and, ultimately, facilitate the most harmonious, peaceful, mutually respectful, and beneficial coexistence possible between extraterrestrial intelligent beings and human beings.
