The American exopolitical activist Stephen Bassett received the Researcher of the year-award at the International UFO Congress in Februar 2014. Bassett has since 1996 pressured the US government to lift what he calls the Truth Embargo concerning the extraterrestrial presence on Earth. He visited Exopolitics Denmark in Copenhagen in 2009. Col. Corso

Col Phillip Corso, Sr.

was an Army intelligence officer who served on Eisenhower's National Security Council. After his 21 year military career he served as a military analyst. He personally saw deceased ETs from the Roswell crash in 1947 and a UFO craft at an airbase. When he worked in R& D he was given fragments of ET technologies from various crashes and his job was to seed industry with these technologies telling them they were from earthly foreign sources.

John Maynard

John Maynard was a military intelligence analyst for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). In the course of his 21 year career he saw evidence of the military's interest in UFOs in a variety of ways: electronic communications which did not originate from earth; military photos of UFOs and spy plane photos with clear UFOs in them.. While at the DIA, he became familiar with the compartmentalization process of maintaining secrecy which he goes into detail in in his testimony.

Harland Bentley

Harland Bentley has been involved in working on classified projects with several government agencies including NASA and the DOE. He has a BS-EE degree and extensive training in nuclear engineering. Mr. Bentley recounts a story of personally witnessing a UFO crash at the Nike Ajax Missile Facility in Maryland and viewing a group of UFOs on radar take off at calculated 17,000 miles / hour after having hovered on the ground. He also speaks of a 1967/68 incident where he overheard a conversation between Houston Control and astronauts in flight talk about avoiding a collision with a UFO spacecraft and our astronauts actually seeing living beings moving about through the portals on the UFO.

Dr. Robert Wood

Dr. Wood worked in a senior capacity as an aerospace engineer at McDonald Douglas for his entire 43 year career. In his testimony, he states that he was involved in a specific project at McDonald Douglas to study the propulsion systems of UFOs. In addition, he confirms the existence of other projects within the aerospace industry, and gives his assessment of the fact that this subject is not only real, but is of extraterrestrial nature. He also confirms the extreme secrecy surrounding this subject.

Paul Utz

Paul Utz talks about his father who worked a a high-level engineer in Area 51 and has a "Q" clearance. His father had always claimed that he was an optical engineer working in Area 51 but on meeting outside the US he told his son that he was actually working on a new kind of energy source. This testimony is included, in part, to show the devastating effects of secrecy on individuals and their families.

Donna Hare

Donna Hare had a secret clearance while workig for NASA contractor, Philco Ford. She testifies that she was shown a photo of a picture with a distinct UFO. Her colleague explained that it as his job to airbrush such evidence of UFOs out of photographs before they were released to the public. She also heard information from other Johnson Space Center employees that some astronauts had seen extraterrestrial craft and that when some of them wanted to speak out about this they were threatened.

Karl Wolfe

Karl Wolfe was in the Air Force for 4 1/2 years beginning in January 1964. He had a top secret crypto clearance and worked with the tactical air command at Langley AFB in Virginia. While working at the NSA facility he was shown photographs taken by the Lunar Orbiter of the moon that showed detailed artificial structures. These photos were taken prior to the Apollo landing in 1969.

UN Joint Resolution to be Discussed in Brazil

Foz do Iguaçu, Brasil - PRG executive director Stephen Bassett will speak here at the Fifth World UFO Forum (II IUFOZ 2013) on November 22. The principal focus of his address will be the launch of a multi-nation joint resoluiton initiative to the United Nations General Assembly. This initiative seeks a UN backed world conference addressing the full spectrum of evidence pointing to an extraterrestrial presence (non-human intelligence) engaging the human race.

In his presentation Mr. Bassett will propose Brazil as the appropriate nation to lead a coalition of South American countries to participate in writing and submitting such a resolution to the General Assembly. While in country he will meet with officials to discuss how to move forward on this proposal.

The United Nations initiative will be supported through the Citizen Hearing Foundation (CHD). The CHD was formed in the aftermath of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure conducted at the National Press Club in Washington, DC, April 29 - May 3. On May 3 a communiqué signed by four former members of the U. S. Congress was issued calling on PRG to set up a 501c(3) non-profit for the purposes of pursuing a world conference via the United Nations.

Following Mr. Hellyer's keynote address, individual presentations will be given by Stephen Bassett and renowned Canadian UFO research analyst, Grant Cameron. Mr. Bassett's and Mr. Cameron's presentations will be delivered over Skype - from the US and Winnipeg respectively.

Exopolitics Congress 2012 was held in Prague during the 11th to 13th of May. It was organized by Exopolitika Czech and promoted by the non-profit organization Goscha.

Karel Raisin and Simona Smidova waited at the airport for the arrival of guests.

On the first day, and after leaving our bags at the hotel around 18.00 we had a nice reception at a private room inside the Goscha building.

Igor Chaun, the promoter of the event, made a brief presentation speech and invited the guest speakers for a toast to the success of the event. Shortly after the toast and after a few brief words of introduction from the organization's members and guests, it was time to move to the auditorium where the audience was looking forward to meet the protagonists.

On stage was already a long table, where the speakers would be seated.

Igor Chaun made the introduction and then passed the word to each of the guest speakers, who spoke a little about their projects. The public showed much interest and was putting questions with the help and moderation of Igor Chaun. The time flew and by 21:00 this inaugural session would end.

From England came also Miles Johnston and Colin, two colleagues of Johanne who had intended to interview Eva Zemanova, a contactee and witness to the incident of Bodhgaya, who had already been investigated by Barry King, and interviewed by Kerry Kassidy in April 2011. Eva had come to visit us at the hotel just before we left for the inaugural session, and told us a bit of her background and story. Following this conversation, Eva gave us the written report made by Barry King.

Saturday, March 12, at 09:00, Simona Smidova picked us up at the hotel and took us to the premises of the association GOSCHA, where several people already were waiting for us.

Igor Chaun gave a warm welcome to all and passed the word to Karel Raisin, founder and coordinator of Exopolitics Czech.

Karel gave an introduction to the concept of Exopolitics, and went then moving to present the Alpha Project which focuses on the study of the phenomenon of abductions in the Czech Republic. Karel then spoke about a few cases that he has followed.

Then Dr. Michael Salla presented several cases of concealment of the UFO phenomenon since 1947 in Roswell, from documents (now declassified) and investigations made by other researchers that proved that the USArmy was involved in shaping public perception, to divert people’s attention or even deceive them, to better conceal the very phenomenon that puzzled and worried the top of the military hierarchy.

After the lunch break, right at 14:30 and with the room filled, Robert Bernatowicz, presented his research and experience with crop circles, and orbs. In a speech very passionate and full of power, Robert wanted to make clear that the phenomenon is real, and the audience enthusiastically responded, in the end, with a strong ovation.

This was followed by the presentation of Johanne Summerscalles, founder of AMMACH (Anomalous Mind Management Abduction, contactee Helpeline). This project was founded in May 2011, and Johanne showed the work that has been done throughout this year of birth. Some videos were screened with interviews with victims of abduction. Johanne has gathered evidence from several countries and has opened a helpline on purpose so that people can call to report their experiences.

Robert Fleischer was next. The disclosure in Germany seems to be something taboo, but Robert has been closely following the initiative of a citizen who placed the German parliament in court for not respecting the law of freedom of information and not provide the files relating to an UFO study done by the parliament’s department of scientific

research.

Robert was able to have access to some Swiss and German files which made an excellent illustration of the truth hidden in Germany and also mentioned the case of UN Decision 33/426, promoted by Sir Eric Gary (Prime Minister of Grenada - 1978) and Lee Spiegel, who he had the opportunity to interview recently.

Already a little late in time, Francisco Mourão Corrêa initiated his presentation, making a historical retrospective on the "clash" of civilizations at the time of the Portuguese discoveries. He then made a review of 5 interesting cases of UFO sightings in Portugal, involving two Chiefs of Staff of the Portuguese Air Force and ended with a short approach to the case of Fatima and the "miracle" of the Sun in1917.

The agenda of this second day of Congress, ended short after 09pm.

Friday the 13th, the session began with Vaclav Urban, a member of the Exopolitics Czech, who made an overview of what happened in his country in terms of awakening to the phenomenon. He also did a retrospective of several books that were written on the subject, including the work of Eric Von Daniken.

Michael Reynolds, an architect and defender of the idea of sustainable construction taking advantage of solid waste of our society, such as glass bottles and plastic or tires, spoke of his project "EarthShips."

Then the film director Vilian Poltikovic presented a documentary made in Peru on UFO sigh

tings, the role of local shamans who speak of "gods" from the heavens above, and about the Nazca lines.

There was then a break for lunch.

Igor Chaun began the evening program presenting his last mystical experiences in the Amazon rainforest. Experiences that made him see life differently.

Michael Salla then made his second presentation, on the oficial initiatives on the UFO phenomenon, and mentioned Sir Eric Gary’s UNGA 33/326, JFK, Clinton and Obama.

At the end of this intervention, and unexpectedly, there appeared an ex-Major of the Czech Air Force, who had a sighting and wanted to give his testimony. Then, a Vietnamese spiritual guide spoke a little about her background and work and suggested a guided meditation that was well accepted by the audience.

With this episode the Congress had come to an end, but not before all the guests went on stage to be greeted by the audience. We really have much to thank this great privilege of having been able to participate in this excellent initiative organized by Exopolitics Czech and Project Goscha. The organizing team showed a dedication and a professional pride that is not very common to find. Everything was perfect.

An interested public and participatory environment full of good energy, a promoter who was an excellent communicator, and a highly professional team of translators. We could not have expected anything better. It was fantastic and we want more!...

Women pave the way at UFO Symposium in Glen Rose,Texas

If you enjoy hanging out with intellectual people, have an open mind, and can think outside the box, then save the date – May 18-20.

The date is set for the first ever 2012 UFO Women’s Symposium in Glen Rose, Texas,at the Sommervell County Expo. The unique conference will be hosted by Starworks USA, led by Paola Harris.

The US government has formally denied that it has any knowledge of contact with extraterrestrial life.

The announcement came as a response to submissions to the We The People website, which promises to address any petition that gains 5,000 signatories.

Two petitions called for disclosure of government information on ETs and an acknowledgement of any contact.

The White House responded that there was "no evidence that any life exists outside our planet".

More than 17,000 citizens joined the two petitions, and the White House has since amended the requirements for response to a minimum of 25,000 signatories.

New crop formation found in Brazil. The season is open!

Early this week I reported what is supposed to be the first crop formation
in Brazil in this new season. It was found on October 31 at 2:45 pm in a
wheat crop near the city of Bom Jesus, in the west of state of Santa
Catarina. It can be easily seen by people passing by the highway SC 467,
only some 300-400 m from the formation. The road has heavy traffic and is
used day and night. It is actually comprised of two circles, one 14 m in
diameter and another, smaller, 4.5 m in diameter.

The reason why crop formations supposedly authored by non-terrestrial
intelligences are such a big item to Brazilian UFO researchers is because
this is a very new phenomenon in my country. Despite the fact that all sorts
of formations have been found initially in England and now in over 30
countries in the world since the 80s, in Brazil we have _never_ registered
any single case of a crop formation prior to 2008.

This is very intriguing because, assuming that the phenomena is connected to
UFOs – I believe it is –, we have to wonder why Brazil has never had one
single case in over 3 decades of great activity of crop formations in so
many countries, since it has contributed to the worldwide UFO scenario in so
many ways and with so many cases. Why not a single crop formation here in
three decades?

these phenomena in my country, which I have personally pursued and
investigated since the very beginning:

About this new occurrence in Bom Jesus, again I decided to go to the
location to investigate the case by myself, so I drove to that town last
Friday, on November 4th. It is some 300 miles from where I live. Almost
arriving my destination I was informed by phone that another and very fresh
crop formation has just been found in that very morning, November 4th, in
the city of Ouro Verde, some 10 miles north from Bom Jesus. I went there
immediately.

This new formation is some 2 km away from Ouro Verde downtown, which is
really a small city, and was found by an employee of the City Hall looking
through the window. It can be seen from almost all the city. The formation
is 14 m in diameter, precisely circular in shape and with the plants inside
of it bended in a counter clockwise spiraled format. Its center is very
visible and it is an impressive figure. The formation is some 400 m from the
nearest dirty farm road and can be reached after some 10-15 minutes walk
through the crop.

Surrounding the circular figure there is a “wall” of intact, untouched
plants, like a border of it, some 100-120 cm thick. And after it there is a
ring of bended plants also in counter clockwise direction, same thickness.
What is very interesting and is already a pattern in these cases is that the
bending area is _very_ precise. It means that where the bended plants area
touches the intact plants area, there is no sign of damaged plants or
partially bended plants. It is, either they are bended or they are intact.

The formation is located in the top of a very short hill, in a 5-10 degrees
ascended terrain, in a wheat crop just ready to be harvested. I was one of
the first persons to enter the figure, accompanied by agriculture technician
Adalberto Fegalli, from the Agriculture Office of State of Santa Catarina, a
public servant interested in this subject that I invited to join me.

I haven’t taken any samples of soil and plants to analyze due to the fact
that when I did it in the previous years I haven’t been able to persuade any
laboratory to exam them. However, I have tried to use my cell phone (an
iPhone 3GS) inside and nearby the formation, as I have successfully done in
previous years. That whole region doesn’t have any single station of my
cellular operator, Tim, and therefore I wasn’t supposed to have signal in my
phone. But I did, yet not enough to originate a call or send a text message.
Walking away from the formation, the signal disappears fast.

In 2009, while investigating an amazing triangular crop formation in the
near city of Ipuaçu, where these phenomena started in Brazil, I was able to
have good signal in my cell (an iPhone 3G then) and actually did several
phone calls from inside of it. On that year there wasn’t any cellular
operator at all in that vast region of the state of Santa Catarina,
especially that area. But you could call and receive calls from inside the
formation, as I and many other people did.

So far we have had some 20 cases of crop formations in Brazil in the last
four years, and some easily detectable hoaxes. They are all concentrated in
the same area in the state of Santa Catarina with a few non confirmed ones
in other states. It is yet not known why these phenomena are all located in
that area, literally appearing away from great centers or in vast populated
areas in other parts of Brazil.

In this trip alone I have driven some 650 miles in 36 hours to evaluate
these two cases, Bom Jesus and Ouro Verde, and spoke with dozens of people
looking for info, details and possible witnesses of strange luminous
phenomena possible connected to the formation, as I successfully found in
2008 and 2009 cases. I keep searching. I am no expert in this kind of cases,
but I am considering developing a line of research of them apart from the
rest I do in Ufology. It means also get properly equipped to investigate the
formations.

It seems that the crop formation phenomena in Brazil happen in the same
timeframe every year since the beginning of them, from late October to
mid-November. So did the previous cases I analyzed. Despite the fact that I
have a small trip to Los Angeles and San Francisco, California, this next
Wednesday, lasting till November 16th, I have settled a team of researchers
to keep that area under observation for future cases and report immediately
if they happen.

Although these intriguing crop formations supposedly authored by
non-terrestrial intelligences are a big item to Brazilian ufologists, I am
afraid, however, that very few have decided to investigate them in locu, as
I have done, and there is yet some skepticism towards them, curiously
originated from those who didn’t find interesting to check them out
personally.

Will Obama respond to extraterrestrial disclosure petition on Denver visit?

President Obama could make history in Denver again, this time if he discloses the extraterrestrial presence, during his visit October 25-26. The White House now owes a response to over 11,000 signers of a petition urging him to disclose this long held government secret. The White House web site "We the People" section states:

"We will do our best to respond to petitions that meet this threshold in a timely manner, but it may take a few weeks to issue an official response. All responses will be posted in this section of the We the People platform, and if you signed a petition that we respond to, you'll get an email from the White House to with the response."

Washington, DC - Paradigm Research Group's Disclosure Petition on the White House "We the People" initiative website has passed the10,000 signature mark and is now 20th out of 202 petitions submitted. Signatures from around the world have been registered. A formal response from the Obama Administration is expected later this year.
The Disclosure Petition has been featured in articles in theHuffington Post, Daily Mail (UK) and Wall Street Journal.    The wording is as follows:

Since 1992 hundreds of military and government agency witnesses have come forward with testimony confirming this extraterrestrial presence. Opinion polls now indicate more than 50% of the American people believe there is an extraterrestrial presence and more than 80% believe the government is not telling the truth about this phenomenon.

According to PRG executive director Stephen Bassett, "With trust in government at all time lows, the Obama administration ran on a platform of openness and transparency. So far the administration has not been able to deliver on that promise. Disclosure would be a huge step toward regaining the public's trust."

His statements helped to give credence to reports that the U.S. military has been flying vehicles that mimic alien craft. The article was written by Tom Keller, an aerospace engineer who has worked as a computer systems analyst for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
1 : “Inside the Skunk Works (Lockheed’s secret research and development entity), we were a small, intensely cohesive group consisting of about fifty veteran engineers and designers and a hundred or so expert machinists and shop workers. Our forte was building technologically advanced airplanes of small number and of high class for highly secret missions.”
2 : “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.”
3 : “We now have the technology to take ET home. No, it won’t take someone’s lifetime to do it. There is an error in the equations. We know what it is. We now have the capability to travel to the stars. First, you have to understand that we will not get to the stars using chemical propulsion. Second, we have to devise a new propulsion technology. What we have to do is find out where Einstein went wrong.”

4 : When Rich was asked how UFO propulsion worked, he said, “Let me ask you. How does ESP work?” The questioner responded with, “All points in time and space are connected?” Rich then said, “That’s how it works!”

Ben Rich Lockheed Former CEO knew of extraterrestrial UFO visitors

Lockheed “Skunk Works” former CEO knew the Roswell extraterrestrial UFO influenced designs of Testor model kits for Roswell UFO models, and U.S. top secret aircraft. According to a CNI News report by Colorado resident Michael Lindemann, the design information was derived from forensic illustrations and numerous witness testimonies about the Roswell UFO, provided by William L. “Bill” McDonald. In an e-mail, dated July 29, 1999, apparently addressed to Lindemann, McDonald referenced an excerpt of a discussion with Harold Puthoff, founder of the highly classified U.S. “remote viewing” program.

McDonald said: “Well Hal, you asked for it! Now that legendary Lockheed engineer and chief model kit designer for the Testor Corporation, John Andrews, is dead, I can announce that he personally confirmed the design connection between the Roswell Spacecraft and the Lockheed Martin Unmanned Combat Air Vehicles (UCAVs), spyplanes, Joint Strike Fighters, and Space Shuttles.

Andrews was a close personal friend of “Skunk Works” CEO Ben Rich — the hand-picked successor of Skunk Works founder Kelly Johnson and the man famous for the F-117 Nighthawk “Stealth” fighter, its “half-pint” prototype the “HAVE BLUE”, and the top-secret F-19 Stealth Interceptor. Before Rich died of cancer, Andrews took my questions to him.

Dr. Ben R. Rich former Lockheed Skunk Works CEOconfirmed:

1. There are 2 types of UFOs — the ones we build and ones ‘they’ build. We learned from both crash retrievals and actual “hand-me-downs.” The Government knew and until 1969 took an active hand in the administration of that information. After a 1969 Nixon “purge”, administration was handled by an international board of directors in the private sector… 2. Nearly all “biomorphic” aerospace designs were inspired by the Roswell spacecraft — from Kelly’s SR-71 Blackbird onward to today’s drones, UCAVs, and aerospace craft…
3. It was Ben Rich’s opinion that the public should not be told [about UFOs and extraterrestrials] . He believed they could not handle the truth — ever. Only in the last months of his decline did he begin to feel that the “international corporate board of directors” dealing with the “Subject” could represent a bigger problem to citizens’ personal freedoms under the United States Constitution than the presence of off-world visitors themselves.”
