The Fourth Ufology Congress of “Alpha and Omega” in Lima, Peru

Thanks to the publicity of their activities by Doctor Anthony Choy, on his radio show, I knew that in our country it is perhaps the only group that was able to bring very important speakers and researchers of the ufological investigation from abroad. Just click on their webpages and you will find a very interesting list of their past conferences, including Robert O´Dean, Brian O´Leary, Robert Salas, russian astronauts, and even scientists, all of them speakers or scholars of the ufo research.

Recently on my trip to Lima, I could meet the main organizer of the event of this year, Noé Curasi Holguín, in the building of “ Alpha and Omega”, in “ Lince” district. I was invited for lunch and I went with a skeptic friend of mine, Bernardo Conrado, to whom I recommended to behave in the meeting. At the end, we both were surprised by the logical conversation of Noé. Bernardo questioned him many times about the vegetarian diet that is the base of the members of this group, and Noé knew very well about nutrition, proteins, calories, and vitamins of the food he ate and that replaced meat. We were pleasantly surprised.

Afterwards, in conversation with Doctor Choy, I was told about what makes this group to organize their conferences. It is their curiosity to know more about everything. They were not only satisfied by their beliefs, but if they thought that there was somebody that could teach them more, they did the possible and impossible to bring speakers from all over the Earth. What brilliant peruvians with very few means of support, but who do a lot just to learn. That curiosity for knowledge involves a kind of wisdom - these people are open-minded. They do not reject other ideologies. Doctor Modesto Montoya, a very well known peruvian scientist, has been present in their past conferences, in spite of his direct skepticism.

I thank Noé for his invitation for the vegetarian lunch and for the congress of this year I will not be able to attend because of my job responsibilities. Most importantly I thank him for his benign interest for my investigations, in spite of my opposite points of view. That afternoon, I met a real friend.
