Budapest - Paradigm Researched Group (PRG) today announced the launching of a new project - the Exopolitics World Network Cities Initiative - the goal of which is to help form 1000 exopolitics groups in cities around the world over the next twelve months. The website is: www.exopoliticsworld.net
The Exopolitics World Network (EWN) is made up of portal web sites, one per country, which provide information about exopolitical developments to that country and build connections between nations as part of a growing international truth movement.
Exopolitics (exopolitical science) is a developing field of study addressing the totality of the historical, social and political implications of extraterrestrial related phenomena. The most important exopolitical issue at present is the Disclosure Movement, an international effort to bring about formal acknowledgment by world governments of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race.
PRG executive director Stephen Bassett stated, "The reason for launching the Initiative in the international city of Budapest is its location at the center of Western Europe, Eastern Europe and the Near East. Paola Harris: Science Meets Spirituality - A Conversation with Dr. Edgar Mitchell

The Way of the Explorer is fascinating book because it combines the exploration of Metaphysics with its application to scientific principles. It also speaks about the intensely spiritual epiphany Dr. Mitchell experienced on his 1971 Apollo 14 space voyage to the moon. He often explains it as a feeling of “oneness” with the Cosmos. What is more interesting is that this book details Dr. Mitchell’s search for the psychic connection to reality because it described his research at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) with Uri Geller and other gifted psychics and healers, often funded by the CIA.
The book is the telling of a journey, a search for truth, one that most of us researchers can
recognize. Mitchell's interests include consciousness and paranormal phenomena. During the Apollo 14 flight, he conducted private ESP experiments with his friends on Earth. In early 1973, he founded the nonprofit Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) to conduct and sponsor research into areas that mainstream science has found unproductive, including consciousness research and psychic events. This was all part of pioneering research in theoretical physics .The creation of the Institute for Noetic Sciences (IONS) is perhaps Edgar Mitchell’s greatest contribution to the world. People from every state and all over the world flock to the stimulating lectures presented by noted scientists, philosophers and researchers. IONS is the integration of science, spirituality and the return to ancient wisdom.
Today, Edgar Mitchell is a hero, not because he was an astronaut who walked on the moon but because he has a muti-dimensional vision of reality. He has great sense of integrity and he is for us, in the UFO community, one of the only former NASA employees to call for truth and transparency by exposing the anomalies seen by astronauts in Space. He is quoted as saying "I think I’ve reached the point that I‘m convinced enough of the reality of the Extraterrestrial presence and I’m not going to deny it and shy away from it.. It is time to open this up to the public.” Consequently, Dr Mitchell has become a courageous spokesman for disclosure. He is calling for the end of secrecy to UFO cover-up, a call for the United States to release information and its UFO files on Roswell.
He is one of a rare breed. He is one of those wise men with unconventional wisdom that surpasses the confining boundaries of scientific research. It is obvious that he is honest and wants this planet and the human species to progress on an evolutionary path to enlightenment and love. What is most amazing about his book, The Path of the Explorer, is that he stresses the "paranormal component to scientific research", that which the late Dr.J.Allen Hyneck,often referred to as the godfather of Ufology, told us never to overlook while searching for answers to the UFO enigma.It is all connected in the quantum equation.
Dr. Mitchell’s search for truth has launched him on a journey, a rainbow of visions of how mankind can evolve, of how mankind can reach his highest potential, of how mankind can transcend his own limitations to become an evolved species, maybe one that can be worthy of a place in the galactic neighborhood. He adds that there was a metaphysical, non-local communication or mental tie with most of our human functions. Mitchell says that “non-locality”, also called “entanglement” of particles in theoretical physics, may explain many of our mysteries today. There is a oneness to our reality. There is a oneness to our Universe. We are dealing with a difficult process here.
The main problem is that we, as an Earth civilization, have not come to understand ourselves or see ourselves in a cosmic sense at all. We are still very provincial. We fight over religion, but in the inner core of all of them, these religions talk about qualities like Love and Brotherhood. It’s the cultural differences that cause the divisions. It is not an intrinsic difference. The transcendent experience is common to every culture in the world" and the transcendent experience is Brotherly Love, Nature, Harmony, the Unity. Cultures, in trying to define it, try to define an external deity as opposed to the actual process. Dr. Mitchell states:
"Our knowledge base is incomplete. All we do is keep adding to our knowledge base. We are moving into a direction of quantum cosmology, which originates from several quantum processes defined as quantum fluctuations within a zero-point field. It can start the process that builds the process, which builds into matter, which is irreversible in nature."
In November, this book will become a gift to the Italian people and to to future generations who can piece together the puzzle of life by joining science, quantum mechanics, consciousness and spiritual evolution together.Finally, Dr. Mitchell says all ignorance is based on our egos. It is the unwillingness to go beyond the ego. Transcendence moves us beyond ego. If we go beyond the ego, we see all of this in a more decent perspective and we can start to put all pieces together. It is a shame that we haven’t done this yet as a civilization. In due course, this is what needs to happen in order to survive. That is where the philosophic, the whole notion of determinism and what the future is, makes changing our reality important. We are creating a future. He believes that it is not cast in stone. The power of Edgar Mitchell’s words, of his incredible wisdom, of his creative spirit will inspire the reader of this book towards new understanding of our world and an effort to help create a sustainable, abundant future in oneness and cosmic harmony.

BRAZILIAN AIR FORCE CONFIRMS UFO REPORTS AND REGULATES HOW TO HANDLE THEM

The Brazilian Air Force commander, Lieutenant-Brigadier Juniti Saito (equivalent to 4-stars General), has just given a major step to openly recognize the UFO Phenomena as serious and worthy of immediate actions in Brazil. Saito, a very respected man by the current Federal Administration, issued a public statement regulating how UFO reports should be handled in Brazil, by whom and what destination should they have.
Brazil must be the first country in the world to have such measure published in its official journal, called Diário Oficial da União, which is openly public and records every and all acts taken by our Administration, its agencies and entities. The document was published Tuesday, August 10 and can be read below translated into English.
This is a great example of how a public campaign such as UFOs: Freedom of Information Now, conducted by the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU) through the Brazilian UFO Magazine, can make things happen. The actual measure by Lieutenant-Brigadier Saito is a direct result of the campaign, following several others, such as the release of thousands of pages of UFO secret documents and hundreds of photos, including material of the Operation Saucer.

There is a real commotion in the Brazilian UFO Community at this moment, as it has achieved much more than it could expect in its most optimistic dreams. Even the over 300 members of the Brazilian UFO Magazine are completely surprised by what happened. According to the official release, military should register and forward UFO occurrences to the National Archives, the final destination of UFO.
THOUSAND OF CASES TO BE RELEASED
It is yet to be determined if the reports of UFO occurrences made all over the last three or four decades of Brazilian official involvement with the phenomena are included, or just the most recent ones. Also, if the reported cases that have been officially investigated by the Brazilian Air Force and its agencies are also included, as well as the results of such investigations. It is widely known that the country had several departments at the Brazilian Air Force designed to document and research UFO activity, as reported by the Brazilian UFO Magazine.
Also, in a recent exclusive interview to the publication, Lieutenant-Brigadier José Carlos Pereira, former commander of the Brazilian Airspace Defense Command, has declared that there are tons of official documents produced by the Brazilian Air Force over the last decades, and that he determined that all data was digitalized and inserted in a huge databank. Pereira was also responsible for elaborating a complete new form to be filled by civilian and military pilots when they see UFOs in the country. “There are hundreds of such forms”.
By regulating the way that military should handle UFO reports, especially those coming from air traffic control and aviation personnel, as stated in the official journal, the Brazilian Air Force practically recognizes the materiality of the UFO Phenomena, as it was recently declared by a few other top military, such as Lieutenant-Brigadier Sócrates Monteiro, former minister of Air Force, and Pereira itself, among many others, in exclusive interviews given to the Brazilian UFO Magazine and reported worldwidely.

A SOLID AND INTELLIGENT PHENOMENON
The materiality of the UFO Phenomena by Brazilian military has also been clearly recognized in an official document just recently released to the UFO community through the efforts of the Brazilian UFO Magazine named 'Occurrence Report' and related to what is called 'Official UFO Night in Brazil', when 21 spherical objects, estimated 100 meters in diameter – according to military sources – literally jammed air traffic over the major Brazilian airports, when several Mirage and F5 jets scrambled to pursue them for hours.
In its Final Considerations section, the 'Occurrence Report' reads: “As a conclusion of the observed facts in almost all presentations, it is the opinion of this Command that the phenomenon is solid and reflects intelligence by its capacity to follow and sustain distance from the observers, as well as to fly in formation, and are not necessarily manned craft”. OPENING A PRECEDENT IN THE CONTINENT
This is a major breakthrough to all UFO researchers and especially to the Brazilian UFO Community, as it may open a precedent in the Continent and other areas of the planet to other countries do the same. We at the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU) are all very glad to say that the official recognition of the seriousness of the UFO Phenomena and the need of proper handling the reports is a result of the campaign UFOs: Freedom Of Information Now, started in 2004 and widely announced both domestically and internationally.
There aren’t many countries in the world today – if any – that had its military taken such a bold and unprecedented decision on a public basis, in a public record. It is always good to remember that Brazil was also the first country in the world to officially admit the UFO Phenomena, back in the 50s, when colonel João Adil de Oliveira made a clear statement at the Superior School of War, in Rio de Janeiro, assuming that the investigation of the nature and manifestation of UFOs should be of immediate concern of the Brazilian military.
Towards all these years, many Brazilian UFO researchers have done their best to make the UFO Phenomena worthy of public credibility and acknowledged by the authorities, and I am very pleased to say that it has just happened in a very solid way. This generation of UFO researchers, all belonging to the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU) and to the Brazilian UFO Magazine, inspired and following the example of our pioneers, are making things happen.

Raising the Heat on Disclosure:
The Exopolitical Implications of Night Vision Technologies on
the Extra-terrestrial Truth Embargo

Abstract
This paper will be one of the first to tackle the issue of changing access to a range of
technologies that has moved its way down from military research in the post-war
era. We will initially examine the structures that created a system to skew the truth
on the reality of visiting intelligences and proceed to review the increasing ways in
which the phenomena itself has become more complicated and whilst simultaneously
revealing itself. By placing the increasing use of night vision systems by civilians on
top of the contemporary exopolitical situation or framework a new paradigm is
ushered in. We’ll view this new era in the light of the various forms of disclosure and
contact and posit the ramifications for the human species and the interface between
terrestrial and extra-terrestrial beings.

Citizens safely sedated –
Thou shall not believe in
UFOs
"Participation in North American democracy is largely based on the
belief that citizens should never be released into the world until they
have been properly sedated." This quote, taken from an unknown
convocation address, not only magnifies the state of denial and ignorance
in which a massive proportion of North Americans live; it is also an
historical testament to the lies we are all prepared to accept for the
sake of convenience.
Digest that for a moment before we proceed – because, quite frankly,
it doesn’t get much better.
No UFOs or elephants allowed in the dining room
Few issues are as stigmatized or ridiculed as the UFO/ET issue.
Its reality is marginalized – its existence, as a viable mode of
reasoning – that we are not alone in the universe - is disallowed.
For those unfamiliar with UFOs, beginning around 1947 or perhaps
earlier the UFO/ET issue burst onto the scene. The matter since
then has been investigated, scrutinized, ridiculed, stigmatized,
written about and tossed around like a piece of red-hot coal for over
60 years.
Generally, world governments, their military and intelligence
agencies have managed to ignore, cover-up and otherwise cauterize
this issue from the consciousness of just about every politically astute
human being on the planet.
Richard M. Dolan, one of the UFO research community’s finest
authors, puts it best in his seminal work UFOs and the National
Security State – Chronology of a Cover-up 1941 to 1973, "… the
analysis [of the UFO issue] leaves us with the distinct impression
of the ET hypothesis as the elephant in the dining room that no one
would acknowledge."
As it stands today, in the year 2010 the state of affairs in the
UFO/ET issue will one day be looked back upon as a simplistic,
naïve and perhaps awkwardly nascent search for what was before
our eyes all the while. However for the time being humanity remains
anesthetized to the political and anthropological imperatives-of-knowing
within the UFO/ET reality.
Political spin-doctors and media schemers administer this seemingly
harmless series of daily sedatives courtesy of our government, religious,
scientific and educational institutions. The dosage - in a perfect drip
formulation - removes the need for any belief in or consideration of the
UFO/ET issue. A faint echo - as we spiral into our drug-induced siesta –
it whispers – ‘thou shall not believe in UFOs.’
History will show we were too blind, well sedated and collectively too
stubborn to see what is happening to us along the way. Complicit with
our handlers in the so-called democratic way of life we pretend to be
part of, this collective ignorance spends its time around every kitchen
table, in every newsroom and university lecture hall on the planet –
‘thou shall not even try to understand what the UFO issue really means.’
But give your head a shake – let’s look at who and what we are and
have become as a result of this politically induced sedation – it might
explain how and why we have reached this point in our addiction.
All too familiar forms of sedation
Knowingly and in some cases, wantonly, we choose to eradicate a species
of animals or plant life virtually by the hour.
We permit and otherwise turn an infected blind-eye to the fact that
every 45 seconds a child dies of malaria in Africa (W.H.O. Statistic)
while we ensure the existence of an economic system that hordes the
distribution of wealth and medical care into the bulging pockets of the
‘already rich’.
We build weapons platforms in space, stuff fossil fuels into the mouths
of any machine capable of work, remaining oblivious to what comes out
the other end.
We deify celebrities beyond our own God, (movie theatres have
become the churches for the worship of strange gods with lipstick,
make-up, guns that carry the ammunition of fear and male homo
sapiens with bizarre levels of testosterone) shall we go on - perhaps
not, lest we identify too closely with one of these churches or
another form of self-medication.
Lest those who are more familiar with the UFO/ET issue and its
huge body of research conclude this assessment is too harsh – peer
for a moment at our plight for the full Disclosure of the facts surrounding
the ET presence.
At each turn, as we inch forward and even after small Disclosure
victories - a member of the sedated, be it media, government or
even one of our own - manages to snuff out the light. The only
redeeming attributes we hold dear are our collective, internally-driven
courage to relentlessly seek the truth but more powerfully, celebrate
the reality that somehow we have been inoculated against the insidious
vaccine forced upon most in a world who are consumed by the
dumb-down messages of politics, religion, education, science and the
mass media. These attributes just may be our deliverance.
Sadly though and still, a pathetic majority of humanity sits and stares
at the passing parade of human events – hoping for that one really nice
float at the end of the procession that will ease our conscience because
we’ve sat on our hands for so long and at times covered our eyes and
ears in the hope – ‘there must be something better coming soon.’
Like the perfect social sedative, indolence and inaction have compelled
us to become inert; much like a deer frozen in the headlights of an
on-coming car – knowing it must not stay to witness what might come
next but is still, petrified and captivated by the sheer awe and magnitude
of the ensuing collision.
Somehow all of this may hit a little too close to home for some. These all
too familiar forms of sedation are so cutely insidious – their administration
is like a mosquito bite – irritating but soon forgotten when another itch
takes its place.
So – in a way we may not be totally to blame for our ignorance and
inert posture because our handlers are so good at sedation. But does
this remove all culpability?
No. But it certainly explains why and how we have become so cleverly
mesmerized by the sedative. We appear to have little time to ponder
the rational argument and the deluge of documentation that the
UFO /ET reality is as real as the air that we breathe and that sustains us.

When asked how we can solve the Earth’s problems, the 14th Dalai Lama answered on a recent appearance on the NBC's Today Show " people are experiencing difficulties. These difficulties are temporary. Human beings have a gentle nature and they are creative. Many problems are man-made locally.We have the ability to work on these problems and overcome this atmosphere of sadness."
Mankind should perhaps consider the the wisdom of some elder statemen whether in the spiritual or political realm in an effort to closely examine certain solutions to planetary problems and to create a scenario for transparency in government and a pathway for UFO disclosure and world peace in an exopolitical arena.
Ironically, when interviewed by this reporter on May 7th, 2010, the ex-Defense Minister of Canada Paul Hellyer suggested a similar solution to the"hell bent on destruction "scenario that the planet faces.

Gary Heseltine wins top international award
Scunthorpe-born UFO investigator Gary Heseltine wins top international award
SIGHTING: One of the most famous UFO photos ever taken in Santa Ana, California, on August 3, 1965.
Gary Heseltine's fascination with the unexplained in the UK skies began at the age of 15, after spotting a mysterious bright light over Scunthorpe while walking home his first girlfriend.
The 49-year-old father-of-two picked up the 2010 Disclosures Award in Washington last week for his database of UFO sightings from UK police officers.
He said: "It was a tremendous honour and I got the opportunity to give a speech from the same podium as JFK, Gorbachev and Nelson Mandela which was an incredible moment in my life.
"Winning the award was a total surprise, I didn't know I was going to win until my name was read out.
"It's also a terrific boost for my database as it puts me on an international platform and I have already been offered chances to give lectures in Brazil and Denmark."
Since launching his website, prufospolicedatabase.co.uk in 2002, Gary has amassed a database including 330 cases and the witness statements of more than 750 police officers.
Despite investigating thousands of reports, Gary will always remember his first sighting over the skies of Scunthorpe in 1975.
He recalled: "I was with my first girlfriend heading down Grange Lane South towards the comprehensive school and suddenly became aware of a large bright light.
"Suddenly all the electricity on the housing estate we could see ahead cut out.
"We were terrified at the time but afterwards I decided to investigate and discovered that power cuts are extremely common during UFO sightings."
