Boyle astronomer makes major breakthrough

A BOYLE-BASED astronomer and scientist has published controversial findings showing evidence of space craft following defined paths around the earth, and over Boyle, based on years of data and recordings from the local area and further afield.

Eamonn Ansbro is attracting considerable national media attention for a discovery and breakthrough in his research into extraterrestrial existence.

Mr Ansbro, who has been researching the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence for more then 20 years, has given presentations on his work across the globe, including a presentation to the French government, and said that while his work may prove controversial it was carried out “scientifically”.

NASA Scientist Discovers Evidence of Ancient Alien Life

Famed NASA astrobiologist, Dr. Richard Hoover, has been hunting meteorites and extremeophiles in the frigid Antarctic for over 10 years. To the amazement of all, what this treasure hunt has uncovered is alien life: Fossils of ancient bacteria which hailed from colonies which thrived on comets, moons, and other planets.

In a world-wide exclusive, this startling, paradigm busting research, and the pictures to back up these claims, has been published in the March edition of the Journal of Cosmology.

Using the most advanced micro-scanning technology in the world, Dr. Hoover fractured fresh slices of the interior of these meteorites, and discovered the remains of several species of cyanobacteria, also known as blue-green algae. Blue-green algae have a unique quality, they thrive even under the harshest of conditions.

According to Dr. Hoover, the possibility of contamination has been completely ruled out. "What is both exciting and extraordinary" Dr. Hoover said, "is although many of the bacteria resemble and can be associated with generic species on Earth, there are others which are completely alien. Neither I nor other experts who have seen the evidence have any idea what these creatures might be."

"I believe these findings indicate that life is not restricted to Earth, but is broadly distributed, even outside our solar system" said Dr. Hoover.

Dr. Carl Gibson of the Center for Astrophysics and Space Sciences at Scripps Institute and the University of California at San Diego had this to say: "Dr. Hover has provided the world with extraordinary evidence to back up extraordinary claims. This discovery completely changes our perspective of the nature of life and our place in the Universe, The world will never be the same."

Does this mean life on Earth came from other planets?

Dr. Hoover believes the evidence is consistent with the theories and evidence provided by famed astrophysics Fred Hoyle (who coined "The Big Bang") and Chandra Wickramasinghe, and which has been detailed in the just release edited volume: "The Biological Big Bang."

According to Dr. Chandra Wickramasinghe Director of the Astrobiology Centre at Cardiff University, "We believe Dr. Hoover's evidence, coupled with other findings and recent genetic studies, indicates life has a genetic ancestry which leads over 10 billion years back in time. Some of these life forms were delivered to Earth, in comets."

Dr. Rudy Schild, a scientist with the Harvard-Smithsonian's Center for Astrophysics and the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Cosmology, has written in an editor's note: "Given the controversial nature of his discovery, we have invited 100 experts and have issued a general invitation to over 5,000 scientists from the scientific community to review the paper and to offer their critical analysis. No other paper in the history of science has undergone such a thorough vetting, and never before in the history of science has the scientific community been given the opportunity to critically analyze an important research paper before it is published."

What does this all mean?

According to Dr. Chandra Wickramasinghe, "Dr. Hoover's discoveries, coupled with recent findings by other scientists, provides the world with decisive evidence that we are all aliens. Life is a truly cosmic phenomenon."

As summed up by Dr. Rhawn Joseph, in the lead commentary: "The overall pattern of evidence, from genetics to microfossils, indicates that life on Earth came from other planets. Our ancient ancestors were visitors from the stars."

Astronaut and Aerospace Experts Introduce New Space Treaty

Proponents of the banning of space-based weaponry have drafted a Treaty which will ban space-based weapons and acknowledges the existence of extraterrestrial cultures.

Dr. Carol Rosin released the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 during her presentation at the International UFO Congress held last weekend in Scottsdale, Arizona to a standing ovation. Dr. Rosin, an aerospace consultant, drafted the Treaty along with Dr. Scott Jones, a former senior aide to U.S. Senator Claiborne Pell, Apollo astronaut, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, former Boeing executive Abe Krieger, and retired naval Commander Will Miller.

Just last week the Associated Press covered a story regarding Pentagon leaders calling for the U.S. to strengthen the military in space, emphasizing the importance of satellites in waging war. They reported that General Kevin Chilton, recently retired from leading the U.S. Strategic Command, said, “We need to be thinking about how we would go into future conflicts and make sure that we unlevel [that] battlefield in our favor.” He said space has “become a critical part of every other [battlefield] domain.”

However, this new Treaty points out the huge costs, dangers, and threats to all on Earth and in Space from space-based weaponry, emphasizing that space-based weapons would block as Dr. Rosin says, “unlimited benefits and opportunities available to all humankind in areas of health, education, the economy, mutual security, energy, and the environment, from cooperative ventures in space.” This Treaty points out that peaceful, world cooperative civil, commercial, entrepreneurial and military ventures will help solve urgent and potential problems of human needs, our environment and energy, stimulate economies, jobs and profits, and build security systems based on collaboration rather than confrontation. Indigenous nations are parties to the treaty, which can be made a law with nine nation state signatories.

Taking a lead from the recent press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. where military officers testified that they were present when UFOs deactivated nuclear missiles, the Treaty goes on to state that, “to neutralize any missile or nuclear capability is in itself not a threat message, but does serve notice of our limited understanding of physics and the clearly dangerous consequences of continuing to use destructive technologies.” This sentiment is shared by the gentlemen who held the press conference.

Dr. Rosin stated, “This Treaty calls on nation state presidents to immediately become Signatories to this Treaty: to sign, ratify, and send it to the office of the UN Secretary General that is the Treaty Depositary. Participants in the International UFO Congress as well as all world citizens can send this Treaty to presidents as part of a grassroots Call to Action.”

The Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011

The Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 establishes a framework and procedures to assure that space will be a neutral realm from which all classes of weapons are banned and from which no hostile action shall be taken toward Earth or the surrounding Cosmos.
This Treaty invites Nation States to become Signatories to this Treaty and invites all parties, including Nation States, Indigenous Nations and Cosmic Cultures, to commit to plan and assist in the orderly development and implementation of a framework and procedures that will assure and verify that space is and will remain a neutral realm from which all classes of space-based weapons are banned in perpetuity.

The Parties to this Treaty:

Reaffirm the urgency of preventing a destabilizing, threatening, and costly arms race in space,

Recognize that an agreement by Treaty to create a weapons-free space domain to ensure universal cooperation in space will save huge sums that would otherwise be expended for a dangerous and provocative space arms race,

Recognize that eliminating space-based weapons is more easily accomplished by agreement before any further investment is made to place them in position,

Confirm that it is the obligation of all State leaders to ban all space-based weapons including the intention to weaponize space, the moon or any celestial body or to use any space-based technology as a space-based weapon,

Reaffirm the urgent need for agreements on concrete proposals and projects deriving from confidence-building, world-cooperative space ventures which will prevent an arms race in outer space,

Recognize that information and data gained from cooperative space exploration and development will provide unlimited benefits and opportunities to all humankind in areas of health, education, the economy, mutual security, energy, and the environment,

Acknowledge that we are not alone in the universes, that there are Cosmic Cultures that will be important allies for our security and development, and that our national and international policies must reflect this reality,

Acknowledge that from the beginning of nuclear weapons testing, extraterrestrial craft have demonstrated a capability to selectively shut down communications and/or the power of participating operational units, and have appeared over ICBM fields in several countries causing non-destructive failure of dozens of ICBMs – taking them out of operational status for days,

Realize that the demonstrated capability of extraterrestrial cultures from the multiverse to neutralize any missile or nuclear capability is in itself not a threat message, but does serve notice of our limited understanding of physics and the clearly dangerous consequences of continuing to use destructive technologies,

Affirm that the possibility of reclaiming a peaceful future for humankind and a safe environment on Earth is intimately linked with curbing our violence toward each other and Earth, and with preparing to survive as Gaea heals herself, and that counsel and support from Cosmic Civilizations thousands of years our senior would be exceedingly helpful,

Note that every class of space-based weapons, including weapons of mass destruction or precise destruction, is a symbol of fear for which violence provides no remedy,

Recognize that space must forever be free of man-made hazards, and must be a passageway to the secrets of our past and the challenges of our future,

Are inspired by the great prospects of Earth taking its rightful place in the Cosmos and the citizens of off-Earth realms sharing the fruits of their cultures with humankind,

Reaffirm that preventing placement of space-based weapons will avert resulting consequences, risks, and dangers to peace on Earth and to peace in space,

Believe that world cooperation in space will contribute to developing mutual understanding and to strengthening security based on a new form of verification and enforcement that applies the latest tools of technology for observation and information sharing because cooperative relations build more trust and transparency,

Understand that this space Treaty is now verifiable and enforceable via applying monitoring, observation, and information sharing techniques both existing and forthcoming,

Are inspired by the great prospects, benefits, and opportunities for stimulating economies, jobs, profits, products, and services to solve urgent and potential problems of humans and the rest of the biosphere,

Recognize that our space assets can be protected only by mutual cooperation and verification, and that this Treaty will accomplish this objective,

Realize we are one interconnected and interdependent human species, and we are determined to live in peace with all our neighbors on Earth and in the universes,

Affirm that it is the policy of the Parties to this Treaty to permanently ban all space-based weapons and to proceed into space cooperatively,
Are convinced that this Treaty will further the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations.

The Nation States Signatories to this Treaty agree to the following Articles:

ARTICLE I

1. Each Nation State signing and ratifying this Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 shall:

(a) Implement a ban on the research, development, testing, manufacturing, and deployment of all space-based weapons
(b) Implement a ban on the use of space-based weapons the purpose of which is to destroy or damage objects or beings located in space or on Earth
(c) Terminate any current research, development, testing, production, manufacturing, and deployment of all space-based weapons
(d) Each Nation State Signatory to this Treaty shall support and encourage other Nation States to sign, ratify, and implement the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011.

2. After the first nine (9) Nation States sign and ratify the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011, the Secretary General of the United Nations shall submit to the General Assembly of the United Nations the official recognition of this Treaty henceforth as ratified law
3. Nothing in this Treaty shall prohibit the following space-based ventures that are not activities related to space-based weapons:

(a) Space exploration
(b) Space research and development
(c) Testing, manufacturing, production or deployment of non-weapons systems

4. Not prohibited are commercial, civil, entrepreneurial or military space-based ventures that are confirmed by the Peace in Space Office not to be any part of a space-based weapon system or to have no intention to become or support a space-based weapon or system.
5. Cooperative space-based ventures with any peoples on Earth or with members of any Cosmic Culture are encouraged.

ARTICLE II

1. Each Nation State Signatory to this Treaty shall not base any weapon on any object or celestial body located in space. Permitted is the establishment of space-based related military bases or operations, including for communication, navigation, reconnaissance, early warning, remote sensing, and surveillance that does not interfere with operations of any other satellites, with living and working in space, or with space ventures, provided that it can be verified by the Peace in Space Office that there is no intention to use any space-based technology or system as a space-based weapon.
2. The use of military technology or personnel for peaceful space-based purposes that do not use any equipment or facility in space related to the research and development, testing, manufacturing, production, deployment or application of space-based weapons is not prohibited.

ARTICLE III

1. Nation State Signatories to this Treaty agree to the establishment, equipping, and organizing of a United Nations Peace in Space Office.
2. This Peace in Space Office shall be composed of representatives from diverse areas such as commercial, civilian, entrepreneurial and military sectors that will check registration of space ventures and determine methods for monitoring compliance, including verification and enforcement measures that will maintain the permanent commitment of all Nation State Signatories to this Treaty.

3. The Peace in Space Office is mandated to monitor outer space to verify and to enforce this Treaty using the latest tools of technology and information sharing.
4. The Peace in Space Office will identify any entity or program that engages in activities contrary to the provisions of this Treaty and will work with all signatories to correct this situation via cooperation, not confrontation.

ARTICLE IV

1. The term “space” and “outer space” is defined as the space extending above the earth at an altitude of 100 kilometers above sea level. Weapons banned by this Treaty are considered to be space-based if they are located at or above 100 kilometers above sea level.
2. Space-based weapons are defined as being anything that is based in space that can be used to damage or destroy objects or beings in space or on Earth from a location based in space.
3. This Treaty bans all space-based weapons, including the dual-use of any space-based object or technology when it is located in space with the intention to be used as a weapon that could damage or destroy any object or being on Earth or in space.
4. Weapons launched from the Earth that travel through space but are not based in space are not banned by this Treaty.
5. The terms space-based weapon and space-based weapons systems are defined for the purpose of this Treaty in order to identify weapons, devices, or systems that are based in any space location for the purpose of damaging or destroying, from space, any object or being that is located in space or on Earth.
6. This Treaty prohibits:
(a) Firing one or more weapons based in space that would be intended to collide with any object or being in space.
(b) Detonating any explosive device based in space in close proximity to any object or being in space.
(c) Directing any space-based source of energy offensively against any object or being in space or on Earth.
(d) Basing controls or systems of any space-based weapons that are or could be intended to collide with or inflict damage upon objects or beings in any location in space including on the moon, any celestial body, on a satellite, craft, station, or on any Off Planet Visitor craft.

ARTICLE V

1. The United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs shall be responsible to coordinate the first meetings between members of Cosmic Cultures with units of the United Nations and representatives of Signatory Nation States and Indigenous First Nations.
2. A permanent Cosmic Culture Liaison will be available to the United Nations Security Council to answer questions and to provide counsel on issues of security and development of Earth.
3. The Cosmic Culture Liaison will assist in identifying and neutralizing any attempt to deploy or use any space-based weapon.

ARTICLE VI

1. The provisions of this Treaty that ban all space-based weapons shall apply to all Nation States, whether or not they are Signatories to this Treaty.
2. This Treaty shall enter into force upon the signing and ratification of the first nine (9) Nation State Signatories.

ARTICLE VII

1. This Treaty shall be open to all Nation States for signature. Any State that does not sign this Treaty before its entry into force may accede to it at any future time.
2. This Treaty shall be subject to ratification by Signatory Nation States. Instruments of ratification or accession shall be deposited with the Secretary General of the United Nations.

3. This Treaty shall enter into force upon the deposit of instruments of ratification by nine (9) Governments. For any Nation State whose instruments of ratification or accession are deposited subsequent to the entry into force of this Treaty, their ratification shall enter into force on the date of the deposit of their instruments of ratification or accession.
4. The Depositary Governments shall promptly inform all Signatory and acceding Nation States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification of and accession to this Treaty, and the date of its entry into force and other notices.
5. This Treaty shall be registered by the Depositary Governments pursuant to Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations.

6. This Treaty shall be of unlimited duration.

ARTICLE VIII

1. Any Nation State Signatory to the Treaty may propose amendments to this Treaty.
2. Amendments to the Treaty shall enter into force upon acceptance by a majority vote of the Nation State Signatories.
3. The text of any proposed amendment shall be submitted to the United Nations Depositary who shall promptly notify all Nation State Signatories.

ARTICLE IX

This Treaty, of which the English, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish and Chinese texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited in the archives of the Depositary Governments. Certified copies of this Treaty shall be transmitted by the Depositary Governments to the Governments of the Signatory and the acceding Nation States.

Points of Clarification
Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011

1. This Treaty does not ban weapons located on earth.

2. This Treaty bans the “weaponization” of space. The “militarization” of space, which has occurred, requires a new definition for the purposes of this Treaty. Militaries already provide enhanced intelligence and communication, observation and data sharing, and can help to pave a safe way for humans to enter into the universes and for members of Cosmic Cultures to enter the Earth sphere safely.

3. The strategy of this Treaty incorporates the reality that humans have evolved into a condition of much higher consciousness than that of the past, and that we will be working with Cosmic Cultures whose situation and willingness to cooperate with Earth cultures is based upon that higher consciousness. The Signatories of this Treaty acknowledge this viewpoint because it is necessary to work within the context of the highest truth in our time, and because this is the only approach that will garner the support needed to enact this Treaty.

The 1945 San Antonio UFO Crash - Sunday Dec 12 on the Richard Syrett Show

Toronto December 10, 2010 - (ZNN) In August of 1945 Jose Padilla and Reme Baca said they were sent out on horseback from the Padilla Ranch in San Antonio New Mexico tasked to check on Jose’s father’s herd of new cows.

What they were sent to do and what they claimed to have experienced was nothing short of what actually occurred to them that frightening afternoon.

With their horses tethered as they hid behind a rock in the distant reaches of the New Mexico desert - Jose 9 and Reme 7 years of age at the time - were awe-struck by the sound of thunder and the grinding thud of something strange that came to earth on the Padilla Ranch in San Antonio New Mexico.

With trepidation tendered by child-like watchfulness they approached the crash site to within 200 yards to witness a craft stuck in rock and sand; its charred 30 foot hull shrouded in dust and burned ash had skidded to rest at the end of a wide plough-like furrow the length of a football field.

Using binoculars they saw strewn wreckage, strange creatures and military activity that would haunt them for days to come and - for the rest of their lives.

All of this occurring two full years before the archetype of all UFO crashes on the Foster Ranch outside the small town of Corona New Mexico a mere 67 miles from Roswell.

These astonishing claims, made by Jose Padilla and Reme Baca, have been researched and recorded by Denver author/researcher Paola Harris who – in conversation with ZlandCommunications - detailed how these two young Hispanic children: saw at least three creatures in the unusual oval shaped craft, had, some days later, climbed into the craft itself to retrieve pieces of the wreckage after guards had vacated the area and, how they were told by State Police to be quiet about what they had seen.

A spokesperson from Exopolitics Canada - an organization that tracks all international extraterrestrial issues - said today:

This press conference will undoubtedly reveal where NASA's priorities reside. If the experts at NASA during this up-coming press conference continue to belabour the revelation of microbic-discoveries of the possibilities of cellular life in the cosmos, it will be yet another indication NASA is not serious about moving towards revealing what their own astronauts have seen in space and publicly admitted to - that being - the existence of actual craft of none Earth origin (UFOs). We remain hopeful that NASA will be the one arm of the cover-up that will have no other alternative but to reveal what they know because of the overwhelming evidence their own astronauts have provided.

The 1945 San Antonio Crash Case

Born on the edge of Ground Zero , living in the shadow of Area 51, two little Hispanic children experienced an extraordinary event occurred in August of 1945.

Jose Padilla, age 9 and Reme Baca, age 7 witnessed a saucer crash on Padilla land in the town San Antonio, New Mexico. They were witness to one of the most spectacular events in UFO history.

This new book entitled the same “Born the Edge of Ground Zero, Living in the Shadow of Area 51, will be released February 2011 and is Jose Padilla’s and Reme Baca’s detailed account of what happened in their childhood. They explain what they saw,the actual crash, the creature’s appearances, the pieces they took, the military clean up and an in-depth analysis of the significance of this case.

First printed in The Mountain Mail, Soccorro, New Mexico on November 2, 2003 by journalist Ben Moffet, the case was passed to me, journalist/researcher, Paola Harris in May 4, 2009. The desire to finally disclose the details and the kind invitation of Reme Baca, led me to fly to Gig Harbor in Washington State in the Northern part of the United States to interview witness Reme Baca and his wife, Virginia in July 2010. Consequently because he now lives in California, I interviewed Jose Padilla by telephone from the Baca house. During my two day stay, I was able to see and photograph the piece that Jose extracted from the craft and study the detailed analysis of its composition done in Europe.

It is one of the most astounding cases I have ever covered in my career and it helps complete the puzzle of why there has been so many crash retrievals in New Mexico. As journalist Ben Moffet who so beautifully describes the cover-up, we can begin to see where it fits in UfO history.

“It was in this crucible of suspicion and disinterest bred by familiarity that a small contingent of the U.S. Army passed almost unnoticed through San Antonio in mid-to-late August, 1945 on a secret assignment.

Little or nothing has been printed about the mission, shrouded in the "hush-hush" atmosphere of the time. But the military detail apparently came from White Sands Proving Grounds to the east where the bomb was exploded. It was a recovery operation destined for the mesquite and greasewood desert west of Old US-85, at what is now Milepost 139, the San Antonio exit of Interstate 25.

Over the course of several days, soldiers in Army fatigues loaded the shattered remains of a flying apparatus onto a huge flatbed truck and hauled it away. That such an operation took place between about Aug. 20 and Aug. 25, 1945, there is no doubt, insist two former San Antonioans, Remigio Baca and Jose Padilla, eyewitnesses to the event.

Padilla, then age 9, and Baca, 7, secretly watched much of the soldiers' recovery work from a nearby ridge.”

Thanks to the work of Ben Moffet, and now thanks to the witnesses themselves, currently in their 70’s, the world will know see that there was certain extraterrestrial interest in our discovery of the atomic bomb. It opened up a Pandora’s box in human history that cannot easily be closed. It put humanity and possibly other dimensional visitors in danger of total destruction. San Antonio was more than a crash, a sighting, an event. It was a warning that the military today is not heeding, whether it is in the US. or abroad. If we add the courageous testimony Air Force panel led by Robert Hastings and seven retired USAF officers at the Washington Press club on October,27th of 2010 , then we realize the time has come to speak. If these visitors have the capacity of UFOS to either disable or shoot down our nuclear missiles, then we can see that 70 years later, they are taking action.

Ultimately, 1945 San Antonio case presents a peaceful message, a powerful warning to the planet.

Because in this crazy Colorado election, an ET proposal seems positively down-to-earth.
At 11 a.m. today at Su Teatro, 721 Santa Fe Drive, Peckman will introduce some supporters of the measure -- among them Robert Salas, the retired Air Force captain who co-hosted the September 27 press conference in Washington, D.C., on UFOs at nuclear missile facilities; Stan Romanek, author of Messages -- the World's Most Documented Extraterrestrial Contact Story, whose controversial film of an alleged alien made headlines a few years ago, and... Veronica Barela?
The former Denver City Council candidate and longtime head of NEWSED is a believer.
"Absolutely," she says. "I have family members who have seen UFOs and other family members who have talked about abductions. To me, there's more life in the universe than just us humans on earth. And there's a huge U.S. government cover-up on this, too."
Barela is endorsing Initiative 300 -- and wouldn't turn down the change to serve on the commission. "If these commissions pop up, they're going to have to think twice about covering this up," she says. "I think Jeff Peckman is very brave to bring this up... Most people I know are voting for it."

Promoting the initiative: Jeff Peckman, a silver-haired entrepreneur who lives with his parents. "Low overhead," he explains. Mr. Peckman is a firm believer in intergalactic life, though he has never been personally contacted by an alien. That gives him more credibility, he says; it's harder to dismiss him as biased.

Mr. Peckman has recruited about 20 volunteers for his campaign.
They face an impassioned opposition led by Bryan Bonner, who dismisses the unidentified-flying-object buffs as delusional if not outright frauds.

The article was written by Tom Keller, an aerospace engineer who has worked as a computer systems analyst for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
1 : “Inside the Skunk Works (Lockheed’s secret research and development entity), we were a small, intensely cohesive group consisting of about fifty veteran engineers and designers and a hundred or so expert machinists and shop workers. Our forte was building technologically advanced airplanes of small number and of high class for highly secret missions.”
2 : “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.”
3 : “We now have the technology to take ET home. No, it won’t take someone’s lifetime to do it. There is an error in the equations. We know what it is. We now have the capability to travel to the stars. First, you have to understand that we will not get to the stars using chemical propulsion. Second, we have to devise a new propulsion technology. What we have to do is find out where Einstein went wrong.”

4 : When Rich was asked how UFO propulsion worked, he said, “Let me ask you. How does ESP work?” The questioner responded with, “All points in time and space are connected?” Rich then said, “That’s how it works!”

Ben Rich Lockheed Former CEO knew of extraterrestrial UFO visitors

Lockheed “Skunk Works” former CEO knew the Roswell extraterrestrial UFO influenced designs of Testor model kits for Roswell UFO models, and U.S. top secret aircraft. According to a CNI News report by Colorado resident Michael Lindemann, the design information was derived from forensic illustrations and numerous witness testimonies about the Roswell UFO, provided by William L. “Bill” McDonald. In an e-mail, dated July 29, 1999, apparently addressed to Lindemann, McDonald referenced an excerpt of a discussion with Harold Puthoff, founder of the highly classified U.S. “remote viewing” program.

McDonald said: “Well Hal, you asked for it! Now that legendary Lockheed engineer and chief model kit designer for the Testor Corporation, John Andrews, is dead, I can announce that he personally confirmed the design connection between the Roswell Spacecraft and the Lockheed Martin Unmanned Combat Air Vehicles (UCAVs), spyplanes, Joint Strike Fighters, and Space Shuttles.

Andrews was a close personal friend of “Skunk Works” CEO Ben Rich — the hand-picked successor of Skunk Works founder Kelly Johnson and the man famous for the F-117 Nighthawk “Stealth” fighter, its “half-pint” prototype the “HAVE BLUE”, and the top-secret F-19 Stealth Interceptor. Member of Russian Parliament Calls for Center For UFO Studies

At a September 8 press conference held in Elista, capital of the Russian republic of Kalmykia which he represents as President, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov called for the establishment of a center for UFO studies in Russia. That announcement overshadowed his concurrent announcement that he does not plan to seek reelection. Most members of the Press asked Ilyumzhinov about his UFO experiences. Earlier this year, Ilyumzhinov went on Russian national TV to declare that he had been taken off world by extraterrestrials in 1997, and cited three witnesses to confirm his disappearance. A self-made millionaire, Ilyumzhinov is best known internationally as President of the World Chess Federation.

Paola Harris: Science Meets Spirituality - A Conversation with Dr. Edgar Mitchell

It has been my privilege recently to write an Italian introduction to Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell's book The Way of the Explorer.It will be released by Edizioni Verdechiaro. Metaphysics and science meet in a wonderful literary work, a treat for the people of Italy. It is the creation of a new philosophy called which Dr. Mitchell calls Quantum Cosmology.

The Way of the Explorer is fascinating book because it combines the exploration of Metaphysics with its application to scientific principles. It also speaks about the intensely spiritual epiphany Dr. Mitchell experienced on his 1971 Apollo 14 space voyage to the moon. He often explains it as a feeling of “oneness” with the Cosmos. What is more interesting is that this book details Dr. Mitchell’s search for the psychic connection to reality because it described his research at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) with Uri Geller and other gifted psychics and healers, often funded by the CIA.

The book is the telling of a journey, a search for truth, one that most of us researchers can recognize. Mitchell's interests include consciousness and paranormal phenomena. During the Apollo 14 flight, he conducted private ESP experiments with his friends on Earth. In early 1973, he founded the nonprofit Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) to conduct and sponsor research into areas that mainstream science has found unproductive, including consciousness research and psychic events. This was all part of pioneering research in theoretical physics .

The creation of the Institute for Noetic Sciences (IONS) is perhaps Edgar Mitchell’s greatest contribution to the world. People from every state and all over the world flock to the stimulating lectures presented by noted scientists, philosophers and researchers. IONS is the integration of science, spirituality and the return to ancient wisdom.

Today, Edgar Mitchell is a hero, not because he was an astronaut who walked on the moon but because he has a muti-dimensional vision of reality. He has great sense of integrity and he is for us, in the UFO community, one of the only former NASA employees to call for truth and transparency by exposing the anomalies seen by astronauts in Space. He is quoted as saying "I think I’ve reached the point that I‘m convinced enough of the reality of the Extraterrestrial presence and I’m not going to deny it and shy away from it.. It is time to open this up to the public.” Consequently, Dr Mitchell has become a courageous spokesman for disclosure. He is calling for the end of secrecy to UFO cover-up, a call for the United States to release information and its UFO files on Roswell.

He is one of a rare breed. He is one of those wise men with unconventional wisdom that surpasses the confining boundaries of scientific research. It is obvious that he is honest and wants this planet and the human species to progress on an evolutionary path to enlightenment and love. What is most amazing about his book, The Path of the Explorer, is that he stresses the "paranormal component to scientific research", that which the late Dr.J.Allen Hyneck,often referred to as the godfather of Ufology, told us never to overlook while searching for answers to the UFO enigma.It is all connected in the quantum equation.

Dr. Mitchell’s search for truth has launched him on a journey, a rainbow of visions of how mankind can evolve, of how mankind can reach his highest potential, of how mankind can transcend his own limitations to become an evolved species, maybe one that can be worthy of a place in the galactic neighborhood. He adds that there was a metaphysical, non-local communication or mental tie with most of our human functions. Mitchell says that “non-locality”, also called “entanglement” of particles in theoretical physics, may explain many of our mysteries today. There is a oneness to our reality. There is a oneness to our Universe. We are dealing with a difficult process here.

The main problem is that we, as an Earth civilization, have not come to understand ourselves or see ourselves in a cosmic sense at all. We are still very provincial. We fight over religion, but in the inner core of all of them, these religions talk about qualities like Love and Brotherhood. It’s the cultural differences that cause the divisions. It is not an intrinsic difference. The transcendent experience is common to every culture in the world" and the transcendent experience is Brotherly Love, Nature, Harmony, the Unity. Cultures, in trying to define it, try to define an external deity as opposed to the actual process. Dr. Mitchell states:

BRAZILIAN AIR FORCE CONFIRMS UFO REPORTS AND REGULATES HOW TO HANDLE THEM

The Brazilian Air Force commander, Lieutenant-Brigadier Juniti Saito (equivalent to 4-stars General), has just given a major step to openly recognize the UFO Phenomena as serious and worthy of immediate actions in Brazil. Saito, a very respected man by the current Federal Administration, issued a public statement regulating how UFO reports should be handled in Brazil, by whom and what destination should they have.

Brazil must be the first country in the world to have such measure published in its official journal, called Diário Oficial da União, which is openly public and records every and all acts taken by our Administration, its agencies and entities. The document was published Tuesday, August 10 and can be read below translated into English.

This is a great example of how a public campaign such as UFOs: Freedom of Information Now, conducted by the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU) through the Brazilian UFO Magazine, can make things happen. The actual measure by Lieutenant-Brigadier Saito is a direct result of the campaign, following several others, such as the release of thousands of pages of UFO secret documents and hundreds of photos, including material of the Operation Saucer.

There is a real commotion in the Brazilian UFO Community at this moment, as it has achieved much more than it could expect in its most optimistic dreams. Even the over 300 members of the Brazilian UFO Magazine are completely surprised by what happened. According to the official release, military should register and forward UFO occurrences to the National Archives, the final destination of UFO.

THOUSAND OF CASES TO BE RELEASED

It is yet to be determined if the reports of UFO occurrences made all over the last three or four decades of Brazilian official involvement with the phenomena are included, or just the most recent ones. Also, if the reported cases that have been officially investigated by the Brazilian Air Force and its agencies are also included, as well as the results of such investigations. It is widely known that the country had several departments at the Brazilian Air Force designed to document and research UFO activity, as reported by the Brazilian UFO Magazine.

Also, in a recent exclusive interview to the publication, Lieutenant-Brigadier José Carlos Pereira, former commander of the Brazilian Airspace Defense Command, has declared that there are tons of official documents produced by the Brazilian Air Force over the last decades, and that he determined that all data was digitalized and inserted in a huge databank. Pereira was also responsible for elaborating a complete new form to be filled by civilian and military pilots when they see UFOs in the country. “There are hundreds of such forms”.

By regulating the way that military should handle UFO reports, especially those coming from air traffic control and aviation personnel, as stated in the official journal, the Brazilian Air Force practically recognizes the materiality of the UFO Phenomena, as it was recently declared by a few other top military, such as Lieutenant-Brigadier Sócrates Monteiro, former minister of Air Force, and Pereira itself, among many others, in exclusive interviews given to the Brazilian UFO Magazine and reported worldwidely.

A SOLID AND INTELLIGENT PHENOMENON

The materiality of the UFO Phenomena by Brazilian military has also been clearly recognized in an official document just recently released to the UFO community through the efforts of the Brazilian UFO Magazine named 'Occurrence Report' and related to what is called 'Official UFO Night in Brazil', when 21 spherical objects, estimated 100 meters in diameter – according to military sources – literally jammed air traffic over the major Brazilian airports, when several Mirage and F5 jets scrambled to pursue them for hours.

In its Final Considerations section, the 'Occurrence Report' reads: “As a conclusion of the observed facts in almost all presentations, it is the opinion of this Command that the phenomenon is solid and reflects intelligence by its capacity to follow and sustain distance from the observers, as well as to fly in formation, and are not necessarily manned craft”. OPENING A PRECEDENT IN THE CONTINENT

This is a major breakthrough to all UFO researchers and especially to the Brazilian UFO Community, as it may open a precedent in the Continent and other areas of the planet to other countries do the same. We at the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU) are all very glad to say that the official recognition of the seriousness of the UFO Phenomena and the need of proper handling the reports is a result of the campaign UFOs: Freedom Of Information Now, started in 2004 and widely announced both domestically and internationally.

There aren’t many countries in the world today – if any – that had its military taken such a bold and unprecedented decision on a public basis, in a public record. It is always good to remember that Brazil was also the first country in the world to officially admit the UFO Phenomena, back in the 50s, when colonel João Adil de Oliveira made a clear statement at the Superior School of War, in Rio de Janeiro, assuming that the investigation of the nature and manifestation of UFOs should be of immediate concern of the Brazilian military.

Towards all these years, many Brazilian UFO researchers have done their best to make the UFO Phenomena worthy of public credibility and acknowledged by the authorities, and I am very pleased to say that it has just happened in a very solid way. This generation of UFO researchers, all belonging to the Brazilian Committee of UFO Researchers (CBU) and to the Brazilian UFO Magazine, inspired and following the example of our pioneers, are making things happen.

This paper will be one of the first to tackle the issue of changing access to a range of
technologies that has moved its way down from military research in the post-war
era. We will initially examine the structures that created a system to skew the truth
on the reality of visiting intelligences and proceed to review the increasing ways in
which the phenomena itself has become more complicated and whilst simultaneously
revealing itself. By placing the increasing use of night vision systems by civilians on
top of the contemporary exopolitical situation or framework a new paradigm is
ushered in. We’ll view this new era in the light of the various forms of disclosure and

Citizens safely sedated –

Thou shall not believe in

UFOs

"Participation in North American democracy is largely based on the

belief that citizens should never be released into the world until they

have been properly sedated." This quote, taken from an unknown

convocation address, not only magnifies the state of denial and ignorance

in which a massive proportion of North Americans live; it is also an

historical testament to the lies we are all prepared to accept for the

sake of convenience.

Digest that for a moment before we proceed – because, quite frankly,

it doesn’t get much better.

No UFOs or elephants allowed in the dining room

Few issues are as stigmatized or ridiculed as the UFO/ET issue.

Its reality is marginalized – its existence, as a viable mode of

reasoning – that we are not alone in the universe - is disallowed.

For those unfamiliar with UFOs, beginning around 1947 or perhaps

earlier the UFO/ET issue burst onto the scene. The matter since

then has been investigated, scrutinized, ridiculed, stigmatized,

written about and tossed around like a piece of red-hot coal for over

60 years.

Generally, world governments, their military and intelligence

agencies have managed to ignore, cover-up and otherwise cauterize

this issue from the consciousness of just about every politically astute

human being on the planet.

Richard M. Dolan, one of the UFO research community’s finest

authors, puts it best in his seminal work UFOs and the National

Security State – Chronology of a Cover-up 1941 to 1973, "… the

analysis [of the UFO issue] leaves us with the distinct impression

of the ET hypothesis as the elephant in the dining room that no one

would acknowledge."

As it stands today, in the year 2010 the state of affairs in the

UFO/ET issue will one day be looked back upon as a simplistic,

naïve and perhaps awkwardly nascent search for what was before

our eyes all the while. However for the time being humanity remains

anesthetized to the political and anthropological imperatives-of-knowing

within the UFO/ET reality.

Political spin-doctors and media schemers administer this seemingly

harmless series of daily sedatives courtesy of our government, religious,

scientific and educational institutions. The dosage - in a perfect drip

formulation - removes the need for any belief in or consideration of the

UFO/ET issue. A faint echo - as we spiral into our drug-induced siesta –

it whispers – ‘thou shall not believe in UFOs.’

History will show we were too blind, well sedated and collectively too

stubborn to see what is happening to us along the way. Complicit with

our handlers in the so-called democratic way of life we pretend to be

part of, this collective ignorance spends its time around every kitchen

table, in every newsroom and university lecture hall on the planet –

‘thou shall not even try to understand what the UFO issue really means.’

But give your head a shake – let’s look at who and what we are and

have become as a result of this politically induced sedation – it might

explain how and why we have reached this point in our addiction.

All too familiar forms of sedation

Knowingly and in some cases, wantonly, we choose to eradicate a species

of animals or plant life virtually by the hour.

We permit and otherwise turn an infected blind-eye to the fact that

every 45 seconds a child dies of malaria in Africa (W.H.O. Statistic)

while we ensure the existence of an economic system that hordes the

distribution of wealth and medical care into the bulging pockets of the

‘already rich’.

We build weapons platforms in space, stuff fossil fuels into the mouths

of any machine capable of work, remaining oblivious to what comes out

the other end.

We deify celebrities beyond our own God, (movie theatres have

become the churches for the worship of strange gods with lipstick,

make-up, guns that carry the ammunition of fear and male homo

sapiens with bizarre levels of testosterone) shall we go on - perhaps

not, lest we identify too closely with one of these churches or

another form of self-medication.

Lest those who are more familiar with the UFO/ET issue and its

huge body of research conclude this assessment is too harsh – peer

for a moment at our plight for the full Disclosure of the facts surrounding

the ET presence.

At each turn, as we inch forward and even after small Disclosure

victories - a member of the sedated, be it media, government or

even one of our own - manages to snuff out the light. The only

redeeming attributes we hold dear are our collective, internally-driven

courage to relentlessly seek the truth but more powerfully, celebrate

the reality that somehow we have been inoculated against the insidious

vaccine forced upon most in a world who are consumed by the

dumb-down messages of politics, religion, education, science and the

mass media. These attributes just may be our deliverance.

Sadly though and still, a pathetic majority of humanity sits and stares

at the passing parade of human events – hoping for that one really nice

float at the end of the procession that will ease our conscience because

we’ve sat on our hands for so long and at times covered our eyes and

ears in the hope – ‘there must be something better coming soon.’

Like the perfect social sedative, indolence and inaction have compelled

us to become inert; much like a deer frozen in the headlights of an

on-coming car – knowing it must not stay to witness what might come

next but is still, petrified and captivated by the sheer awe and magnitude

of the ensuing collision.

Somehow all of this may hit a little too close to home for some. These all

too familiar forms of sedation are so cutely insidious – their administration

is like a mosquito bite – irritating but soon forgotten when another itch

takes its place.

So – in a way we may not be totally to blame for our ignorance and

inert posture because our handlers are so good at sedation. But does

this remove all culpability?

No. But it certainly explains why and how we have become so cleverly

mesmerized by the sedative. We appear to have little time to ponder

the rational argument and the deluge of documentation that the

UFO /ET reality is as real as the air that we breathe and that sustains us.

As many of you know, PRG is a big supporter of art as a language to represent the amazing transition underway as we approach Disclosure. While developing the Contact 2010 Conference PRG became acquainted with the work of contactee Kim Carlsberg.

Kim is an accomplished photographer and artist and her 1995 book Beyond My Wildest Dreams was a ground breaking account of her complex encounters. A new book will soon go to the printer - The Art of Close Encounters. Stories and art from scores of contactees have been collected into a visually stunning book that will help make this difficult subject more approachable.

There has been an exopolitically significant development in the United Kingdom. Conservative David Cameron has become the new prime minister and has formed a coalition government with the Liberal Democrat Party led by Nick Clegg.

What is significant is David Cameron made it clear during his campaign he would support openness on the UFO/ET issue and the further release of files. Both he and Clegg support not extraditing Gary Mckinnon. Perhaps of greatest importance, Cameron and Clegg both campaigned on a reassessment of the overly "lavish" relationship between the United Kingdom and the United States.

For these and other reasons PRG now includes the United Kingdom on its list of countries most likely to end the truth embargo before the United States.

Human beings have a gentle nature and they are creative. Many problems are man-made locally.We have the ability to work on these problems and overcome this atmosphere of sadness."

Mankind should perhaps consider the the wisdom of some elder statemen whether in the spiritual or political realm in an effort to closely examine certain solutions to planetary problems and to create a scenario for transparency in government and a pathway for UFO disclosure and world peace in an exopolitical arena.

Scunthorpe-born UFO investigator Gary Heseltine wins top international award

SIGHTING: One of the most famous UFO photos ever taken in Santa Ana, California, on August 3, 1965.

A POLICE officer from Scunthorpe has picked up a prestigious international award for his investigations into UFOs.

Gary Heseltine's fascination with the unexplained in the UK skies began at the age of 15, after spotting a mysterious bright light over Scunthorpe while walking home his first girlfriend.

The 49-year-old father-of-two picked up the 2010 Disclosures Award in Washington last week for his database of UFO sightings from UK police officers.

He said: "It was a tremendous honour and I got the opportunity to give a speech from the same podium as JFK, Gorbachev and Nelson Mandela which was an incredible moment in my life.

"Winning the award was a total surprise, I didn't know I was going to win until my name was read out.

"It's also a terrific boost for my database as it puts me on an international platform and I have already been offered chances to give lectures in Brazil and Denmark."

Since launching his website, prufospolicedatabase.co.uk in 2002, Gary has amassed a database including 330 cases and the witness statements of more than 750 police officers.

Despite investigating thousands of reports, Gary will always remember his first sighting over the skies of Scunthorpe in 1975.

He recalled: "I was with my first girlfriend heading down Grange Lane South towards the comprehensive school and suddenly became aware of a large bright light.

"Suddenly all the electricity on the housing estate we could see ahead cut out.

"We were terrified at the time but afterwards I decided to investigate and discovered that power cuts are extremely common during UFO sightings."

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, March 11, 2010 – (ZNN) Captain Robert Salas and researcher/lecturer Robert Hastings will soon be at the podium at the National Press Club in Washington DC to tell the world UFOs seem to have an affinity for tampering with American nuclear weapons. It seems that some pilots of UFOs are very curious about American nuclear installations.

They will tell their stories in a 90 minute live interview on Sunday March 14 beginning at 11:00 pm EST onThe Conspiracy Show with Richard Syrett on AM 740 Radio. (Note program time change) The interview will also be streamed live over the internet.

Background

In his book UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters over Nuclear Weapons sites, UFO researcher and lecturer Robert Hastings contends that craft of unknown origin have been seen and tracked on radar by military personnel monitoring and sometimes tampering with nuclear weaponry. Robert Salas was personally involved in such an event in 1967 as a launch commander.

Robert Salas was present in March of 1967 at the Malmstrom Air Force Base nuclear installation (Oscar flight) in Montana when 10 nuclear tipped Minuteman missiles were rendered inoperative while a bright oval shaped object hovered over missiles silos. A similar incident occurred at the nearby Echo flight nuclear installation where more missiles where rendered inoperative while security and maintenance personnel observed UFOs hovering over launch sites. These events and others are captured in Salas’ book Faded Giant.

Can the US government afford to admit their officers have observed these occurrences and concede the most potent military force on the planet has little control over this situation? Politically, an announcement of this kind would have staggering national security implications.

Hastings himself unequivocally states, “I am not condemning any government agency for its policy of secrecy regarding UFOs, but I believe that the American public should be given the facts.”

[Translated] The State Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC) has reactivated the Committee for the Study of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena, which analyzes unidentified flying objects (UFOs) from a scientific perspective. The Committee for the Study of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena was created in 1997 but in recent years has kept a low profile due to a shortage of funds. The committee now has an annual budget of $100,000.

The secretary general of the DGAC, Pablo Ortega, told reporters today that "there is more information, technology and international collaboration to study these anomalous phenomena" that affect flight operation and flight safety. He acknowledged that "there are photographs and reports from pilots who talk of situations that are worthy of being studied" by the committee, where they will work two experts in air traffic. The committee will be headed by retired officer of the Air Force of Chile, Ricardo Bermudez. Ricardo Bermudez became interested in the phenomenon several years ago and has addressed it from a scientific standpoint.

President Obama has issued a new executive order on Classified National Security Information" (the Order) that addresses the problem of over-classification in numerous ways and will allow researchers to gain timelier access to formerly classified records. Among the major changes are the following:

It establishes a National Declassification Center at the National Archives to enable agency reviewers to perform collaborative declassification in accordance with priorities developed by the Archivist with input from the general public.

For the first time, it establishes the principle that no records may remain classified indefinitely and provides enforceable deadlines for declassifying information exempted from automatic declassification at 25 years.
For the first time, it requires agencies to conduct fundamental classification guidance reviews to ensure that classification guides are up-to-date and that they do not require unnecessary classification.
It eliminates an Intelligence Community veto of certain decisions by the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel that was introduced in the Bush order.

PRG sees this and other Presidential Memoranda and Orders as preparing the basis for information flow post-Disclosure.

Last fall, supporters of the initiative collected 4,211 signatures, obliging county officials to put it before voters in next August’s municipal elections. The People of the City and County of Denver hereby declare that:

—The presence of extraterrestrial intelligent beings and vehicles on Earth, and within Earth’s atmosphere, has been confirmed by credible evidence, official government documents, and whistleblowers formerly working for the U.S. government;

—Evidence of extraterrestrial beings has been known by U.S. presidents since President Franklin Roosevelt, including President Ronald Reagan as disclosed in his presentation to the United Nations regarding extraterrestrial matters;

—Since at least 1947, the United States government has denied knowledge of this evidence, thus placing the public and local governments at potential risk and disadvantage;

—The United States government has suppressed, and withheld from the public, evidence of advanced clean energy, transportation, and other technologies of extraterrestrial origin. These technologies could potentially offer substantial economic relief for our most pressing social and economic concerns, including a reduction of pollution and at least partial replacement of fossil fuels with affordable non-polluting energy sources, and other advanced technologies;

—There is enough credible evidence available, independent of the United States government, to responsibly and adequately inform Denver residents and local government about extraterrestrial affairs; and…

—The creation of an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission will help to ensure the health, safety, and cultural awareness of Denver residents and visitors and, ultimately, facilitate the most harmonious, peaceful, mutually respectful, and beneficial coexistence possible between extraterrestrial intelligent beings and human beings.

The University of Arizona has announced it will be conducting a scientific study of individual claims of experiencing contact with non(physical)-human entities under the direction of Dr. Gary E. Schwartz. ET contactees will be included in the study.

PRG considers this a very significant development. The near absence of engagement of the UFO/ET issue by U.S. colleges and universities since the 1950's is perhaps the greatest intellectual failure in history. PRG's believes this will be the first time a university will formally study the contact/abduction phenomena . Dr. John Mack's work was done outside of Harvard with an affiliation back to Harvard.through the Cambridge Hospital only because Mack was officed there. Temple University has never engaged the issue. It has just permitted Dr. David Jacobs to keep his job while doing his outside work plus a limited credit course. Dr. Leo Sprinkle was forced to retire from the U. of Wyoming over his outside contactee work.

Furthermore, a systematic effort to parse these accounts could be very revealing. All cultural history is filled with events interpreted by people within the context of what the person knows about the physical world. If someone sees an entity walk through a wall in their bedroom, why would they not consider that a "ghost experience?" But, alas, it is well reported that ET's can come through a wall.

Dr. Gary Schwartz has the stature of Mack and is fully aware of the ET presence. He attended the MIT abduction symposium in 1992 and is going to make sure the ET accounts are properly considered.

It also is worth noting the University of Arizona is where Dr. James E. McDonald worked right up until his suicide. Perhaps the circle is about to be closed at last.

President Obama has issued a new executive order on �Classified National Security Information� that addresses the problem of over-classification in numerous ways and will allow researchers to gain timelier access to formerly classified records. Among the major changes are the following:
* It establishes a National Declassification Center at the National Archives to enable agency reviewers to perform collaborative declassification in accordance with priorities developed by the Archivist with input from the general public.
* For the first time, it establishes the principle that no records may remain classified indefinitely and provides enforceable deadlines for declassifying information exempted from automatic declassification at 25 years.
* For the first time, it requires agencies to conduct fundamental classification guidance reviews to ensure that classification guides are up-to-date and that they do not require unnecessary classification.
* It eliminates an Intelligence Community veto of certain decisions by the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel that was introduced in the Bush order.
Without question the first year of the Obama administration has been highly problematic. Much has gone wrong. However, in the background and with little attention from the media, efforts to serve the open, transparent promise of the campaign have been ongoing. This is just one example. PRG considers this new Executive Order to be very significant. The administration is building a platform upon which to serve a post-Disclosure reality. It is PRG's view Disclosure is still on the delayed agenda of the Democratic administration of Barack Obama.

PRG considers this a timely move on the part of the Royal Society. Of greater importance is the astrobiology symposium held at the Vatican during the first week of November 2009. Scientists from around the world convened to discuss essentially the same subject matter about to be taken up by the Royal Society. Father Jose Gabriel Funes, the director of the Vatican observatory, is leading the effort positioning the Catholic Church on the right side of the UFO/ET issue as disclosure draws near. Monsignor Corrado Balducci would be very pleased.

Since June 1, 2009 letters, faxes and emails from around the world have been sent to the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) insisting the reporters in the White House press corps begin asking politically related UFO/ET questions and receive appropriate answers. On the July 24, 2009 C-Span Morning Show White Press Secretary Robert Gibbs was asked about this correspondence which he declined to acknowledge. Subsequent queries to the WHCA from reporters such as Billy Cox of the Sarasota Herald-Tribune have also been ignored – no response.

In similar fashion thousands of letters, faxes and emails to the President Elect and the President since November 4, 2008 demanding Barack Obama end the truth embargo and call for congressional hearings on the UFO/ET issue have not been acknowledged by the White House – no response. Furthermore, the Citizen’s Briefing Book generated during the transition by the Change.gov website was stripped of all UFO/ET related input to the Book prior to submission to the President. This is not acceptable. Dear Mr. President,
Americans have been imprisoned for over 60 years behind a 'Berlin wall' of oppressive lies and secrecy about UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors. Those who dared to escape this prison and expose the truth have been threatened, harassed, assaulted, and worse, by agents of the U.S. Government. This letter is an appeal to end such illegal and un-American activities and to disclose secret UFO files.

Your first calendar year in office has been admirable. Even your first day in office included your historic memorandum stating that, "The Government should not keep information confidential merely because public officials might be embarrassed by disclosure, because errors and failures might be revealed, or because of speculative or abstract fears."

Your memorandum of December 30, 2009 continued this theme by stating that "no information may remain classified indefinitely" with respect to national security. Your instruction in the same memorandum, to "identify classified information that no longer requires protection and can be declassified", potentially opens the gate for your historic effort toward openness in government, but only if applied.

Independent sources have claimed an on-going set of face-to-face meetings between U.S. military officials and extraterrestrial life. The sources reveal that senior U.S. Navy officers have played a leading role in an inter-services working group responsible for the meetings, and that different extraterrestrial groups are allegedly involved. One source claims that the contact involves extraterrestrial groups known as Reptilians, and a silicon based life form dubbed ‘the Conformers’. Another source claims that the extraterrestrials are called Ebens from the Zeta Reticuli star system, but known colloquially as the Grays. A third source claims that human looking extraterrestrials representing an association of star nations are liaising with military officials. Two of the sources have been interviewed by this writer who has been aware of their claims for more than a year, and finds them credible. The similarities in these independent reports gives reason to conclude that an ongoing program of secret meetings involving senior military personal from the U.S. Navy and other military services with one or more extraterrestrial civilizations is underway.

ZlandCommunications: Do Government Documents Take UFOs Seriously? Galileo’s Telescope might say

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, December 16, 2009 – Galileo’s telescope has been transported to the year 2009 for anyone willing to peer through it. Instead of the new heavens above, author Richard Dolan is using it to check-out the credibility of government UFO documents.

According to author-historian Richard M. Dolan many people run nervously away from any discussion of the UFO matter – but Dolan has located 12 official documents he feels prove government – at least the United States government – has and still does take UFOs very seriously. With the deft use of a modern-day journalistic telescope he examines this contentious issue with clarity and wit.

Dolan asks, “… [W]hat would it mean if we discovered that, within the classified world, people have taken it seriously for years? It just so happens that they have. They do.”

Having authored two consecutive volumes on UFOs and the National Security State, Volumes I and II, covering the periods from 1947 through to 1993, Dolan is well qualified to present factual research material and an expert research analysis of the UFO matter.

In both of these two internationally respected works, and this article, Richard Dolan entertains the high probability that most of what are categorized as UFOs, sometimes referred to as unidentified aerial phenomenon, are in fact extraterrestrial – not of Earth origin.

Dolan feels these government documents are in fact saying; “It doesn’t take a political genius to recognize that there is a discrepancy here. Nor to begin the process of filling in the blanks: that there is reasonable cause to believe that a technology not belonging to any known terrestrial power has been operating in our civilization, and that at least a few people in positions of authority are well aware of this.”

These documents and Richard Dolan’s astute assessment of their potential impact upon journalists to verify, in their own minds, the credibility and ostensible reality of the UFO issue raises the question – How can any journalist disregard the facts present in the documents and the analysis presented by Dolan?

Dolan answers this question quite admirably, “Some are so embarrassed by the topic that they simply refuse to consider any evidence whatsoever, like the Pope refusing to look through Galileo’s telescope.”

In the year 2009 it is difficult to understand why any reasoned person might not at least want to steal a look.

Holographic Universe: Discovery Could Herald New Era In Fundamental Physics

Cardiff University researchers, who are part of a British-German team searching the depths of space to study gravitational waves, may have stumbled on one of the most important discoveries in physics, according to an American physicist. Craig Hogan, a physicist at Fermilab Centre for Particle Astrophysics in Illinois is convinced that he has found proof in the data of the gravitational wave detector GEO600 of a holographic Universe – and that his ideas could explain mysterious noise in the detector data that has not been explained so far.

The British-German team behind the GEO600, which includes scientists from the School of Physics and Astronomy's Gravitational Physics Group, will now carry out new experiments in the coming months to yield more evidence about Craig Hogan's assumptions. If proved correct, it could help in the quest to bring together quantum mechanics and Einstein's theory of gravity.

In order to test the theory of holographic noise, the frequency of GEO600´s maximum sensitivity will be shifted towards ever higher frequencies. The frequency of maximum sensitivity is the tone that the detector can hear best. It is normally adjusted to offer the best chance for hearing exploding stars or merging black holes.

Even if it turns out that the mysterious noise is the same at high frequencies as at the lower ones, this will not constitute proof for Hogan's hypothesis. It would, however, provide a strong motivation for further study. The sensitivity of GEO600 will then be significantly improved by using 'squeezed vacuum' and by the installation of a mode filter in a new vacuum chamber. The technology of 'squeezed vacuum' was particularly refined in Hannover and would be used in a gravitational wave detector for the first time.

Professor Jim Hough of Glasgow University, one of the pioneer developers of gravitational wave detectors, says: 'Craig Hogan made a very interesting prediction. It may be the first of a number of unexpected possibilities to be investigated as gravitational wave detectors become more sensitive.'

Professor Bernard Schutz, Professor at the School of Physics and Astronomy, member of the Gravitational Physics Group at the School, and recently elected as an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society said: "It would be truly remarkable if GEO600 is sensitive to the quantum nature of space and time. The only way to confirm that would be to carry out controlled experiments, the results of which can be solely attributed to holographic noise. Such an experiment would herald a new era in fundamental physics".

Professor Dr. Karsten Danzmann, director of the Hannover Albert-Einstein-Institute, said: "We are very eager to find out what we can learn about the possible holographic noise over the course of the coming year. GEO600 is the only experiment in the world able to test this controversial theory at this time. Unlike the other large laser interferometers, GEO600 reacts particularly sensitively to lateral movement of the beam splitter because it is constructed using the principle of signal recycling. Normally this is inconvenient, but we need the signal recycling to compensate for the shorter arm lengths compared to other detectors. The holographic noise, however, produces exactly such a lateral signal and so the disadvantage becomes an advantage in this case. You could say that this has placed us in the very centre of a tornado in fundamental research!

Scientists from the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) have been reported to be in touch with extraterrestrial beings.

The Bulgarian Novinar Daily has reported that the Bulgarian scientists are currently working on deciphering pictograms which are said to have come in the form of the so called “crop circles” with which the aliens answered 30 questions posed by the BAS researchers.

“They are currently all around us, and are watching us all the time. They are not hostile towards us; rather, they want to help us but we have not grown enough in order to establish direct contact with them. They are ready to help us but we don’t know what to request from them in case of contact,” said Lachezar Filipov, Deputy Director of the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, as quoted by the Novinar Daily.

Filipov has said that even the Vatican had agreed that aliens existed. In his words, the humans are not going to be able to establish contact with the extraterrestrials through radio waves but through the power of thought.

He has stated that the human race was certainly going to have direct contact with the aliens in the next 10-15 years.

The deputy head of the Bulgarian Space Research Institute has also told the Novinar Daily that the extraterrestrials were critical of the people’s amoral behavior referring to the humans' interference in nature’s processes.

Filipov’s team is reported to be analyzing the 150 new crop circles which appeared around the globe in the past year.
